Flora London Marathon 2009 - Support Karen Lister as she races to gain valuable sponsorship for Regain

Karen Lister, GS Exhausts’ lynch pin administration genius, is running the Flora London Marathon 2009 to help raise funds for Regain - Regain Sports Charity. The Charity is the only charitable organisation dedicated solely to improving the independence of all British men and women who have become tetraplegic (sometimes referred to as quadriplegic) as a result of a competitive sports injury.  Karen is aiming to raise £3000 to pay for a specialist wheelchair. 

Karen has been working for the company for more than 5 years and is a keen runner in her spare time. She will be racing with Allan, her Devon Strong Man 2007 husband – a 20 stone power lifter. It's a real steel: Quentin Willson comments on the value for money a stainless steel exhaust presents when compared with mild steel systems

Out looking for a new exhaust for my Merc sports. I was amazed to find that a stainless steel one is cheaper than mild steel. Squaring up to forking out nearly 800 quid for a mild steel system.
